A certified professional coach with 20+ years of executive and leadership experience, prior to founding Genuine Success, LLC, rose to a position within the Senior Executive Service of the Federal government.  From that successful vantage point—an office with a view of the Capitol, a stint at the White House, extensive travel abroad, and leading an amazing team of professionals—I came to realize that my true passion is in helping people achieve in their lives and careers what is meaningful, not what is expected.
